Byrch Lestrand Huntress

Byrch Lestrand Huntress was among the Graath elite before she and Wyllo Taleweaver openly defied Koriak's regime and fled.

Huntress is a Trade-Name earned by those who have dedicated their lives to the Graath tradition of the Hunt. They are elite fighters and often are the ones tasked with policing the police of the land, enforcing laws to their spirit and hunting down those who defy them. They are trained in tracking, all manner of hunting techniques, and become masters of their chosen weapons. The Hunter's Guild is not a military organization, and as such was able to remain relatively neutral for much of the Second Graath War. However, they do occasionally deploy members to lead troops on the field, being similar to a special operations force in such instances.

Byrch's Personality is best described as like a shallow river: calm at some points, but with many places where rapids rage. She has a relatively short temper, but never entirely loses control, channelling it instead into a deadly focus in a fight. She prefers to enter combat with her falchion-like sword and a kite shield given to her by a Rossass diplomat she once saved from a predator in the Great Forest.
