Maynet Sea - Waverider Island Characters

toasterpip A character sheet of a dragonborn woman named "Grandmother Val", the Matriarch of the Waverider Kobolds. She is 4 foot 3 inches with a matronly, curvy figure. Her typical expression is a pleased, closed-eyes smile. Beside her in the main image stands a typical Waverider Kobold, who is only shoulder-height to her. She is described as being pleasant and a master of maternal fussing, with powerful lightning magic for those who test her.

Grandmother Val has been the matron of the Waverider Kobolds longer than anyone remembers. She's even on occasion stepped in to help bolster their numbers, so many of the Waveriders can find her somewhere in their family tree, and enjoy a spark of her magic from it.

A drawing of a very tiny red kobold named Cinnabar, clearly a child. They have stubby little arms and legs, and overall resemble a gecko. They wear a dress that appears to have been made out of a linen sack of cinnamon, given that the word "cinnamon" is printed across their chest. A pair of smoked-glass goggles cover their eyes, and a melo melo pearl hangs from a necklace around their neck. They stand on a sandy beach, with a very tiny crab in the background. Their mouth is open in a wide, mostly-toothless smile.

Cinnabar ("Cinn" or "Cinna") is a first-generation Waverider, whose mother came to the island already bearing their egg. They are very small, and have sensitive eyes like their mother, so both have to wear smoked glass lenses. Cinnabar is still just a baby, and while they love playing with the other Waverider kids, their lack of water-breathing drastically limits the games they can participate in.
